Such first-grade pupils’ unconfident behavior caused their classmates’ negative emotions, which, of course, hurt their mentality and aroused unkindly attitude even on the part of the teachers. For that matter, in 1998-1999, Kazakhstan Ministry of Education & Science, in terms of preparing the draft Law “On Education”, initiated the working out of a new regulation on mandatory, free preparation for school for 5 to 6 age children in government-owned education institutions in terms of comprehensive education program, so called PREPARATORY CLASS.
